Humans are pretty unimaginative, they really only have one god, the Sun God Pelor. For those of you familiar with DnD, Pelor is right out of the PHB.

So, the basic story is that humans came from Hell. They were trapped there, in darkness, tormented and enslaved by imps, diminutive devils. Then the Light of Pelor showed them the way out, and low and behold, they found themselves on a new world, given to them by Pelor to cover with their progeny. There's been a sort of Manifest Destiny ever since, never mind that this world was already inhabited...

The Holy Lambrian Church is very much Catholic coded, at the height of the Spanish Inquisition. They've got Inquisitors and Paladins all over the place, hunting for heresy.
Church Paladins also protect against evils like Undead and Devils, anything from beyond the Veil- I'll talk about that another day, and how Holy Symbols work.
Speaking of, the Symbol of the Holy Lambrian Church, is the Orbis, a ring instead of a cross.
Father Cross, the priest in your town, wears an iron Orbis, indicating he's from a militant order.

Romani beliefs. The Romani clans do worship Pelor, but in their own way. They believe they are still in Hell, that Pelor has not yet brought humanity out of Darkness. They call themselves the Pelorhim (pronounced peh lorh HEEM).

A note on Romani, they wear rings on their colorful belt scarves, instead of an Orbis around their neck. These rings indicate important events in their lives. Each ring represents a story. Skroob's character, for instance, wears one ring, for the story of how he killed that Elven briggand all by himself.

Once ya'all have successfully saved Anastasia, the Romani among you may choose to wear a ring for that story.

When you meet other Romani, a typical greeting is to nod towards the rings on you sash and say 'tell me your stories'.
